Welcome to the offical site of H.O.C.C.S:
H.O.C.C.S. offers the at-risk defendants the chance of successful integration back into the community by participating in Day Reporting or Home Detention. Also, H.O.C.C.S. provides
Ignition Interlock, Substance Abuse Counseling, Anger Control, and other Life Skill programming.
H.O.C.C.S is the original Day Reporting Program (DRP) in Marion County and the second oldest DRP in Indiana since 1993. H.O.C.C.S. also specializes in a twenty-four hour, seven day a week electronic monitoring alternative sentencing program started in 1995. Through our programs, we provide community based punishment for defendants in Indianapolis, Indiana, in lieu of a jail or prison commitment and helps with the jail overcrowding problem.
Defendants will benefit from being supervised at home with case management of their employment, education, family activities, and counseling needs.
All of the services and programs offered by H.O.C.C.S. are self-pay by the defendants. Not a single tax dollar or grant from the State help pay for H.O.C.C.S.' services.
